Consuming content works in a funny way – you start off with some set favorite places and the more you read, the more new content you’re looking for. Be it the beginning of your experience with Inoreader or a later point when you just want to refresh your sources, you can turn to Discovery mode
in order to find something new and interesting. In this way you’ll be able to keep up with all the interesting content in your favorite field and you can constantly find new sources to try out.
You can access Discovery by clicking on the Search and subscribe bar:
The main part of the Discovery screen is dedicated to the most popular topic categories our users are interested in. You can click on a category to access the most popular sites there. The list is ordered by subscriber numbers, information about which you can see in the site infocard. There you can also find the mean number of weekly articles – depending on your preferences, you may be looking for a more intense article source or a relaxed reading experience. Once you find something you like, just click the plus sign to subscribe:
You can also check out some bundles for subscription ideas on a given topic. Bundles are user-generated sets of subscriptions that you can easily check out and add to your Inoreader. In any category of the Discovery section you’ll see suggested popular bundles. If you see something you like, you can click the plus sign and subscribe to the whole bundle of feeds.
You can see information about the number of feeds and subscribers for every bundle and by clicking that, you’ll see the full list of feeds:
